The recipie - Pa de pessic

PA DE PESSIC!

COOK TIME: 45 minutes aprox.
LEVEL: Easy
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 yogurt
- 3 eggs
- Some baking powder
- 1 crust lemon
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 cap of olive oil
- 3 cups of flour
METHOD:
1. Separate the egg’s yolk of the white egg.
2. Beat the white eggs at high speed.
3. Mix the 3 yolks with a yogurt, 2 cups of sugar, 3 cups of flour.
4. Mix it well until obtaining an homogenous dough and add the oil and the white egg in it. Put the baking powder and mix it again. Put in it too the crust of lemon.
5. Mix it well and let it rest 15 minutes covered it with a dishtowel.
6. Grease the mold with butter. And when you have the mold greased with butter pour the dough in it.
7. Cover it with silver paper, so that it isn’t burned. Then bake it for 30 minutes at 210º.

It was a dark and stormy night when... Somebody knocked at the door. I was in my bed, covered with my favourite blanket, afraid of the night. I didn't know if I should open the door or not, so I called my best friend and told her the situation. The stranger continued knocking at the door. "Wait, I will come at your house. Don't move immediately I come", my best friend said. "OK. I will wait".
Half an hour later, my friend had not come and I started worrying. I called her and she didn't take the phone, so I decided to go to look for her forgetting the stranger of the door.
I went out of the bed, dressed, took the phone and went out of the house. When I opened the door she was there, steped of water. Then, I started to think. Who was knocking at my door all night long? Would have I imagined it? No, I had been dreaming...

About me.

Hi! I'm Maria Boixader, I'm fourteen years old. I study in IES Guillem Berguedà, in Berga.
I have one brother, whose name is Lluís. He is 16 years old. My mother's name is Covadonga, and my father's name is Joan. Everyday except the weekend, I go to the high school. At the weekend I like going out with my friends and I like go to the cinema, go shopping... and other things.
In my freetime I usually stay in the computer talking with friends and listening to music. I love singing and dancing. Every Monday and Wednesday I go to classical dance classes.
My favourite subjects are maths and English. I love learning languages.
I think I am very happy and I am a good friend because I always try to make happy the other people and help them.
